Sally works with schools on a variety of components of the overall school system that are directed at improving student academic performance. Such activities include:

- Needs Assessments
- Professional Development
- Instructional Monitoring
- Prevention Program Development
Sally has developed several of the training modules for professional development sessions offered through DSIS that address: prevention programming, substitute teachers, instructional aides, civics for kids, and more.
Background/Experience
Sally is the founder/owner of Diverse School Improvement Solutions, LLC. She has worked in the education field for over 20 years, beginning as a junior high teacher in inner city Phoenix, Arizona. Upon acquiring her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision, she became a building administrator, assistant principal and principal. Seeking a happy medium between professional and family life, she decided to venture on her own as an independent education consultant. For over 14 years she has operated a a successful small, Hispanic, woman-owned business serving educational entities at all levels ranging from local public and charter school sites and districts to non-profit organizations throughout the United States and abroad.
Sally has had the pleasure of working with educators in the countries of Macedonia, Kosova, India and Northern Ireland. She’s conducted professional development trainings, workshops and in-services in the states of New York, Alabama, Wisconsin, California, South Carolina, Nevada, Utah, Alaska, Texas, New Mexico, and all throughout her home state of Arizona.
