Registration

The Registration Documents Package contains the following documents:

1. Registration Form
2. Teacher Commitment Form
3. Administrator Commitment Form [teachers must obtain signature from principal who will confirm that you have been issued and signed a contract for the 2010-11 school year and have his or her support to implement the program curricula in your classroom].
4. Book Order Form
