We believe the best professional development has a substantial impact on participants professional and personal growth, which transfers to their students and ultimately results in higher student achievement.  Therefore, we do not believe in one-shot deals.  All of our options are in accord with best practice research.  As a result our workshops and training series run anywhere from  2 to 10 days spread across 2 to  10 months.  Customized options are set up according to individual school and district needs.
