Diverse School Improvement Solutions brings you products and services designed to help you identify, analyze, and meet the challenges and opportunities facing your K-8 districts, schools, and students, that go along with well the demands of increased accountability.  We do this through several avenues:

• Professional Development. We offer a variety of professional development venues, including off-site workshops and trainings, on-site host your owns, one-to-one coaching and mentoring, on-line follow-up and support, and experiential field studies for your K-8 teachers, district and site administrators, instructional aides, substitute teachers, and support personnel.  Our professional development addresses topics ranging from Strategies for Teaching Grammar to Addressing Violence in the Schools.  See our list of current offerings.
• Services.  We offer an array of consultative, evaluative, and technical support services.  We work with public, private, and charter school systems to identify and address needs in the following areas:  leadership, curriculum, instruction, and school culture and climate.
• Products. We are excited to announce that we will be introducing some of our own products in the Fall of 2010!  Our products will offer core and practical strategies and guidance to the continuous school improvement issues based on school improvement research and proven practices.
• School Violence Prevention Training. DSIS is proud to be implementing the School Violence Prevention Demonstration Program in Arizona for it’s 10th year.  The SVPDP is a nationally sponsored program administered by DSIS on behalf of the Center for Civic Education, a national non-profit, non-partisan organization, that is funded by the US Department of Education through an Act of Congress.
